History

In 1996 Service Plus was founded by Bruce Finn with the purpose of providing merchandising services to retailers of computer software and peripheral products. As Service Plus evolved the name was changed to ActionLink in 2002 to clearly define our more advanced business model. Since ActionLink’s establishment, we have grown to over 4,000 W-2 employee’s who provide comprehensive merchandising programs, product demonstrations/assisted selling, and technical product training. We support these services with a data retrieval/online reporting system and a computerized distribution center. Our services are provided for specific lines of the electronic products manufacturers we represent, and are currently being utilized by some of the country’s best known “big box” retail establishments.
